My signature sugar cookie is a vanilla bean with a vanilla and almond royal icing. Other flavors also available, including: chocolate, rainbow chip, strawberry lemonade, chocolate chip, pumpkin toffee spice and butter pecan. Please specify at time of order if you are interested in an alternate flavor - all cookies will be the signature flavor if not specified otherwise.

For homemade cakes and cupcakes, I offer the following flavors: vanilla, chocolate, marble, lemon, strawberry, rainbow chip and salted caramel. Homemade buttercream is used to fill cakes and top cupcakes. I also offer several homemade specialty fillings: fruit curds, caramel, custards and chocolate ganache.

Are your finely frosted treats gluten free/dairy free/vegan cookies?

At this time I they are not. Finley Frosted LLC products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Finely Frosted operates under the Michigan Cottage Food Laws. Cookies are made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development.

Do you ship?

All orders are picked up from my home in Oxford, Michigan. Due to the Michigan Cottage Food Law restrictions NO direct shipping is allowed and I will not ship under any circumstances.

Can I put my cake and cookies in the trunk of my car?

The trunk may not be the best place for your special treats. Cakes and cupcakes should be transported on a flat surface. Best place is the floor of the car and be sure to turn the heat off. Icing can and will melt. If your cake is not going to be served within a few hours of pick-up, I recommend refrigerating. When out of the refrigerator, make sure the cake is in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Cookies should be kept at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate them. If kept in their heat-sealed packaging cookies stay fresh for several days.

Do the cookies freeze well?

Yes! These cookies freeze very well! To freeze the cookies, you will need to very carefully place them in an air tight container. Rather than stacking them on top of one another, try stacking them on their sides. If your cookies are packaged in a box you can simply leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before needing them. DO NOT open the container until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
